The MEF CONNECTS Omnichannel event is the first hybrid (face-to-face and virtual) major MEF CONNECTS event in 2021. It was our pleasure to be able to attend this event in London, at BMA House. Our team was represented by the VOX Carrier Founder & CEO, Ehsan Ahmadi, and Iulian Botirlaianu, Global VP of Strategic Partnerships.
Our discussion on the session “The Future of A2P Voice – Flash Calling” was accompanied by Scarlet Woodford, Senior Analyst at Juniper Research and James Williams, MEF Director of Programmes. The topic of the discussion was the outline, forecast and strategies of leveraging flash calls, said to be the traffic with the highest growth potential within the following years, alongside the actions that MNOs can take in order to increase their current A2P revenue, preventing cannibalization.
