Mobile 360 LATAM is the most influential tech event in Latin America. Our company was represented by Juan Felipe Santos Segura, VP of Strategic Partnerships, and we had a session on “The Future of A2P Business (SMS and Voice)”. The discussion included speakers such as: Damian Sanchez, International Services & MVNO Manager at Telecom Argentina and Alfredo Vitas, Technology & Strategic Engagement Manager at GSMA.

The topic of the discussion was the future of the A2P business, containing SMS, and now, also A2P Voice (Flash Calls). There was tackled the importance of the A2P SMS business, while addressing the outline, forecast and strategies of leveraging flash calls – said to be the traffic with the highest growth potential within the following years.
