We’re proud to announce that Andreea Mihnea, our VP of People & Culture at Vox Solutions, has been invited to join the jury of the Employer Branding Awards 2025 – the event that recognizes the most outstanding employer branding campaigns and projects in Romania.

The Employer Branding Awards celebrate initiatives, campaigns, and individuals who have contributed to strengthening employer brands within companies active on the local market. Each year, the competition brings together HR and communication experts with proven experience in evaluating nominations and selecting the winners, honoring creativity and originality in the field.

This year’s winners will be announced at a special gala on October 3, 2025, at the JW Marriott Hotel, Bucharest, where some of the most important organisations will gather to applaud the most creative and committed HR and communication professionals in Romania.
